This program is for young athletes that want to sharp their athletic skills as well as learn to develop an athletic lifestyle.

Getting a scholarship can make the whole difference in ones college experience, or if you just want to learn the structure of an athletes lifestyle. Preparing and developing champions not just in court or field but champions in life.

Caring for health and physical culture is our mission. Our certified staff will make sure that each participant will define specific goals and design a proper program.

Private and Semi-Private Classes

* Scheduled by appointment only.

Group Classes (Tuesday – Thursday @ 5pm):

  • * 60 minute classes
  • * 15 minute warm-up
  • * 30 minute goal activities
  • * 15 minute cool-down and stretch
  • * For any level of fitness, age 13 and up
  • * Not for beginners, some experience in fitness and sports are required

Training Classes Include:

  • * Fitness assessment
  • * Food journal
  • * Body composition
  • * Progress report
  • * Sport specifics training
  • * Clinics/seminars
  • * Athletic development classes
