This program is for teenagers who are enthusiastic about fitness, sports and are interested to learn about exercises, improve body movement, posture as well as overall body aesthetics.

Investing in preparation for years to come in college or orientating how to approach physical culture to incorporating fitness in daily routine.

Private and Semi-Private Classes:

* Scheduled by appointment only.

Group Classes (Monday – Wednesday at 4pm):

  • * 60 minute classes
  • * 15 minute warm-up
  • * 30 minute goal activities
  • * 15 minute cool-down and stretch
  • * For any level of fitness, age 13 and up

Training Classes Include:

  • * Fitness assessment
  • * Food journal
  • * Body composition
  • * Progress report
